

About This Program
​
This program will offer you a deeper understanding of the attitudinal practices of mindfulness, an opportunity for extended meditation practice, and to explore applying mindfulness to interpersonal communications, work circumstances and other situations. This 4 week program is designed to compliment our Introductory Program. Each session of 120 minutes will be offered live, online.
