


About the Program
​
This program offers you an opportunity to cultivate an increased awareness of your thinking, sensations and emotions. It’s an invitation to live mindfully, experiencing life in all its wonder and challenge without running, fighting or hiding. You can find support to respond with conscious choice, and to cultivate thinking and behaviours to sustain mental and physical health.
The program is structured around 8 weekly group online sessions of 2.5 hours each and 1 full day of mindfulness. Daily practice is encouraged to support your learning. If you're interested, please register below. The first step will be a 15minute online chat with the Facilitator to explore the benefit of the program for you.

Plus… an ongoing opportunity to join a weekly one hour mediation session, to continue learning.
