About the Program 

This program provides you with will a solid grounding in mindfulness meditation techniques, supporting resources, guidance and group practice. Group sessions of 90 minutes each are conducted online, each week for 4 weeks. This is ideal for those wanting to explore mindfulness, start a personal practice or get your practice back on track with support and learning with others.  On completion, you will be invited to extend your learning with Deepening Mindfulness sessions, for further exploration and practice.
